"Value for money and location are perfect. A simple but clean hotel. Some rooms have their own bathroom and some have a shared bathroom. Three floors and no elevator, but that was not an issue for us. Very comfortable beds and silent nights assured comfortable sleep."

"The hotel is 2 minutes from St. Pancras. Due to renovations, the hotelier accommodated us in a very comfortable family room. The decor and materials were lovely, we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, the cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the staff. We slept very well in comfortable beds. A good place to stay for a future visit."

"The hotel was conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of King’s Cross station. It is situated in a very quite area however with no road traffic making for a very peaceful stay.
Check in was very streamlined and straight forward by both Edward and another gentleman which I unfortunately did not get the name of. Both were very professional and friendly.
The room was spacious and clean. It was well equipped with hot drink making facilites and a large sink in the room. There was ample space for storage, and the beds were very comfortable.
Was able to come and go as I wanted, having my own key to the front door.
My son left a valuable item in the hotel room and we were contacted on checkout to let us know, with staff being very accomodating with supporting us to collect the items.
Would certainly stay here again."
