Finally I found a B&B that offers a lovely healthy b’fast for only £5.00. Nowhere in the center of London will you get such a breakfast for this price. It is a continental breakfast in a freshly refurbished, modern dining room. There is an amazing selection of food. Croissants and buns, both white and brown, are freshly baked. They offer cold cuts, cheese, cereals, eggs, fresh fruit and a wide selection of hot beverages. They also offer Nutella and espresso!! So make sure not to miss out on the breakfast. Rooms are very clean, warm and cozy . Tea and coffee in room too. I highly recommend this B&B . It is a few meters away from Kings Cross/St. Pancreas station which is the hub of transport in London and from where the Eurostar departs and arrives. Hotel has a park in front of it and it is pleasantly quiet and tranquil. A big thumbs up.

I stayed at the Hotel for 9 nights in a single en-suite room. Before I booked the stay I read many reviews in this site and the overall theme was that is was a good choice. After I have stayed there, I couldn’t agree more. The Hotel is a minute walk from King’s Cross station and tube. The area is quite quiet and there is a nice garden in front of the Hotel. You have a television, tea and coffee, nice shower and a comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Don’t expect a 5 star Hotel because it isn’t, but if you are looking for a nice clean and affordable place to rest after a long day sightseeing it is an excellent choice. I would definitely return there in the future.

Ideal location in Kings Cross , lovely helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay very much. I had a comfortable room and the breakfast was excellent. Brilliant value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
