You can cancel or modify the reservation up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to date of arrival at no charge.
Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival date or NO SHOW, will incur a charge equivalent to the first night. This charge is not refundable or re-usable.

We have a secure and powerful Free Unlimited Wi-Fi system in all the rooms supported by the latest technology. It means you can browse the web for as long as you like anywhere in the hotel.

The superior rooms have a hairdryer in the room. As regards to guests staying in the other room types, we can provide the guests with hairdryer upon request.

Do we offer free iron and iron board?

With our professional cleaning partners Jan-Pro UK, we are continuously updating our cleaning protocols to offer our clients & staff greater peace of mind as regards to cleanliness and safety. These include:
• Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
• We provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you prefer not to get housekeeping services, please contact reception or by letting us know at check-in.
• Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
